Hello Shoppers!

I’m Carissa, founder and creator behind L’mour Decor. I live the small-town country life on the family farm alongside my husband (Bryan) and 3 spunky step-kiddo’s. As cliche’ as it may sound, my family’s love and support truly are the reasons I’m able to pursue my handmade business dream.

As a Construction Accountant, I spend a majority of my day behind a computer screen. In an effort to spend more of my free time enjoying the outdoors and to be more active, I started woodworking and making signs. Originally, it was just a handful of projects to spice up our family home. Unexpectedly, I found a new passion for the hands-on woodworking, design creation and artistry.

I take pride in the fact that I create my products from start to finish 100%. It’s in my newly constructed ‘She Shed’ (shout out to my husband!) that each piece of raw unfinished wood is cut, sanded and assembled to create a blank sign. The blank sign is then wood stained, painted, packaged and eventually available for sale like you see here.
